The ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice) has an aura around it of being this most complicated of transactions, that causes retail suppliers to cringe. In reality the ASN is actually a very intelligent transaction and if one has access to the correct data, is actually not that difficult to generate with a good translator like Liaison's Delta.
